from another film makers point of view? other then the aspect ratio being off the "beeping effects and static" certainly peaked normal quality. However your Idea is artistic, and there is a "demand" for such things. with tweeking of the story and editing style it could be good. Let the audience know what you are trying to show them instead of grope and guess. best of luck!
