Khasta kachori is a delicious, spicy, fried puffed pastry. Khasta Kachori is filled with spicy moong dal mixture. Khasta kachori is one of the dish you can eat for any meal! Serve them for breakfast.

Make 12 Kachori
1 cup all purpose flour(mada or plain flour)
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup yellow moong dal
1 teaspoon coarsely grinds funnel seed
1 teaspoon coarsely grinds coriander seed
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1/2 teaspoon salt or adjust to taste
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons water
Oil to deep fry
